Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates supplied by carriers. Chun Tat Limited is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses supplied by you. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier confirmation of delivery.
14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
You may request a refund for any eligible order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. The 14 days begin on the date the carrier confirms delivery to your address. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number and your refund request. Shoes must be returned unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging. Once the returned shoes arrive at our facility and pass inspection, your refund is approved.
Refund Processing Time
Refund processing takes at least 14 days from the date Chun Tat Limited approves the refund. The refunded amount then requires additional time to appear in your account, and total arrival of funds takes at least 14 days. You must allow at least 14 days before contacting Chun Tat Limited about a refund that has not yet appeared.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to be issued and settled. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Where regional law requires a longer settlement window, that longer period applies and replaces the 14 day PayPal timeframe for the affected region.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Send your claim to [email protected] with your order number and photographs showing the damage. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days from receipt cannot be accepted. Chun Tat Limited will review valid claims and provide a replacement or a refund.
